We pride ourselves on providing services of the highest standard and always welcome feedback on how we perform. Your feedback helps us to shape and improve our services for the future.
If you would like to provide feedback please contact us by any of the ways detailed above. If you wish to make a complaint please submit this in writing via the email or postal address detailed above.
All complaints will be acknowledged within two working days and a full reply sent within 10 working days wherever possible. Our response to a complaint will also be copied to Durham County Council’s collection teams as we are acting on their behalf.
